I'm in Pain

I'm pretty bad today as yesterday I went to the gym for the first time in a long time . I decided it was time to get back in shape after the other day. The power was out of my building which meant the lift was out . I live on the 5th floor and could barely breathe after I approached the five flights . This was the wakeup call I needed . I 've always been a pretty big guy, but the last two years, I packed on more pounds than usual.

At the gym with my friend yesterday I did a bit of weight and am on the treadmill on an incline for an hour. The treadmill is what hurts today. My legs were not used to this kind of training at all meeting. I 'll give myself today and tomorrow off and then do it again. Weights are another story. I do not really know what I do with them because it's not something I 've never done before. I'll be hiring one of the trainers there or do a lot of research on what to do . I think the easiest thing would be to go ahead and get a coach . I'll stop there after work tomorrow to inquire about getting one.

My diet is another thing that I will change around . I do not really eat that bad right now, but do not eat my fair share of fried foods . I cut way back to eat this and eat more vegetables and fruits. At the moment all I really buy are bananas, but I want to start getting more berries especially blueberries. I read that they are the best fruit for you all . I do not know if this is true or not, but I love them so much that I'll do much . The good thing about them is that I can put on my cereal I eat at night. I do not buy cereal high in sugar. I want to put those who have a large amount of fiber. I will also try to eat more fish especially salmon . I know that the fish would be better than red meat I 'm more inclined to eat. I will continue to update with my progress so be sure to check from time to time.
